I called Tony at 3:10am on a Sunday with a sump pump problem. He was at my house within the hour. He made sure my pumps were working and proceeded to proactively investigate why so much water was being pumped out. We were out in my yard at 4:30am. He was troubleshooting with a flash light and a lot of concern and passion. He kept me informed at all times. With his intuition, experience and the use of a camera and sewer jetting to locate problem the quickly somewhere, he continued trouble shooting looking at all possibilities. He determined the pipe to the drain located in the backyard was blocked. He proceeded to dig and cut the pipe only to uncover that more than 25 feet of pipe were completely filled with tree roots. Never gave up. Went to his shop got a backhoe and additional help. Did not leave the job until 12 hours later when it was all DONE!! Tony knows his stuff. His work ethic is unmatched and above all he is a good and honest person. I would highly recommend Tony Tomaro Waterproofing and Construction company.
